Two simple ways to place an order, and exactly what happens from the moment you submit it to the moment it ships.

Choose whichever suits you, both feed into the same process below.
Our normal order process
Standard lead time: 10-12 working days.
If you’re having difficulty completing our online order form, let us know and we’ll send you a manual order form instead. Email us at [email protected].
Complete the online order form or order from our online shop. This captures the details we need for your order, including delivery address, contact number, and any preferences.
Once your order form is in, we send a formal quote for acceptance and payment. Full payment is required before we start any order.
After we receive payment, you’ll get a confirmation message along with an estimated completion date for your order.
We send a proof design for your approval, usually within 7 days of receiving payment.
Once you approve the proof design, we begin production.
Any changes requested after production has started will mean additional costs and a delay to your completion date.
As soon as your order is ready for collection or ships from our workshop, you’ll get an email with tracking details.
Shipping options
- Courier, country wide via The Courier Guy.
- Collect from our workshop at the address below.
- Send your own courier to collect. This attracts a packaging fee.
