You may order one of two ways
Our NORMAL order process (Lead time 10 – 14 Working Days)
- Client completes the online order form or orders from our online Shop. This step allows us to capture all your relevant details like, Delivery Address, Contact Numbers and preferences for your order. If you have difficulty completing our online order form using this link https://order.rusticworx.co.za/ do let us know then we will send you our manual order form. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
- After completing the order form we will send you a formal quote for acceptance and payment. We require full payment of all orders before starting work.
- After receipt of payment we will send you a confirmation message confirming that we received payment and also indicate the estimated date of completion of your order.
- We will then send you a proof design for your approval, this usually happens within 7 days of receiving payment.
- After approval of the proof designs we will commence production.
- Any changes after the start of production will result in additional costs and a delay in completion of your order.
- As soon as the order is ready for collection or ships from our shop you will receive an email with the tracking details.
