When you receive your proof design, check all details carefully, including the spelling of names and dates. Once you approve the proof, we proceed straight to production, and we won’t be held liable for any mistakes that pass through after approval.

All products are custom designed. While we take great care to match our advertised images, your product may not look identical to those photos, due to differences in material and the custom nature of every order.

All items are hand assembled, so small variations can occur even across a batch of hundreds of the same item. This includes colour differences and natural imperfections in the wood grain. Wood shade varies batch to batch, and this is outside our control.

Sizing shown in our price list is a guideline only. Actual sizing may vary depending on the text or design used.

Standard orders ship within 10-12 working days of order placement. Need it sooner? Let us know, we offer expedited production for a small additional charge on orders needed within 2-3 days.

Once an order is placed, refunds are only issued in extreme circumstances, or as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please make sure you’re comfortable with our location and standard lead times before ordering.

The price of every item includes up to 2 proof designs. Additional proofs beyond that are charged at an extra cost per proof.

Full payment is required before production begins.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number when placing an order. Rustic Worx isn’t liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

We package every product carefully for shipping, but once a parcel leaves our workshop and is with the courier, we don’t accept responsibility for what happens to it in transit.

We reserve the right to use images of our products for promotional purposes.

We’re a small business, not a large overseas factory. That means every order gets individual care and attention, which takes a little time. We appreciate your patience.

Prefer to use your own courier service? We charge a R75 packing fee for this. We take no responsibility for orders arriving late due to a courier’s own delivery delays or a missed collection.

Some item dimensions may be reduced by up to 5mm to optimise material use. If exact dimensions matter for your application, please tell us explicitly when ordering, otherwise we’ll assume the dimension isn’t critical. Any reduction won’t affect how the final product looks.

Our free shipping offer on orders over R1,250 applies only to South African addresses and parcels under 5kg. It excludes remote areas, and applies only to orders placed through our website, not orders placed by email.
