By placing any order with us you are agreeing to the following;
- Once you receive the proof designs be sure to that CHECK ALL DETAILS are correct, including spelling of names and dates. After receiving approval of the proof design, we will proceed with production, we will not be held liable for any mistakes after approval.
- All products are custom designed and although we take great care to provide the product as shown in our advertised images products may not appear the same as previous images due to different types of material used and the very custom nature of the business.
- All items are hand assembled hence some small variations may occur even if you order 100’s of the same item. These variations may include but are not limited to, colour differences and imperfections in the natural wood. The shade of wood varies from batch to batch and we have no control over this.
- Sizing indicated in the price list are just a guideline, sizing may vary based on the actual text in the design.
- We strive to ship all our products within 12 – 18 working days of order placement. Should you need it faster do let us know. We do expedited orders at a small additional charge for those things that you need within 2-3 days.
- Once the order is placed we can only issue refunds in extreme circumstances. Please make sure you are aware of our location and lead times.
- The price of all items includes only 2 proof designs, additional proofs will be charged at R55 each.
- Full payment is required before production will be started.
- Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address and contact number on order placement, Rustic WorX will not be held liable for any parcels delivered to the incorrect address.
- We take great care when packaging all products for shipping, however, we do not accept any responsibility for any parcels once it has left our workshop, while it is with the couriers.
- We reserve the right to use images of the products for promotional purposes.
- We are a small business, we don’t have a huge factory in china, this means that your order receives individual care and attention, which does take some time. Please bear with us.
- Should you wish to use your own courier service we will charge a R 65 packing fee. We take no responsibility for any orders that may arrive late due to a courier being late with the delivery or not being able to collect the parcel on time.
- Some dimensions on items may be reduced by up to 5mm in order to optimise material use. Should you require the specified dimensions to be used please be explicit in requesting this, otherwise we will assume that the dimensions is not critical to the application. The reduction in dimension will not affect the look of the final product.
- Free shipping over R1250 deal only applies to addresses within South Africa and parcels below 5kg. Free shipping does not apply to remote areas. Free shipping only applies to orders placed via our website, not to orders placed via email.
